       Highly Recommended. Good all Round.
Ideally positioned, just a 4 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station – which itself is just a 15 minute train journey from the Airport – it is the 3rd stop on Track 2. Tickets at the Airport are obtained from machines which are easy to use – although staff are always handy if needed. (The Metro is a similar journey time wise – but further to walk to the hotel). We were on the 3rd Floor. Room very nice with plenty of light. On the small size, but it is a Boutique Hotel and really quite big enough for what was essentially a B & B stay. The Bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower and plenty of room. Like a lot of other guests, we chose not to have housekeeping and received a drinks voucher for the sister hotel across the road where we had a drink every night. All the Staff at the Hotel we came into contact with, were excellent - approachable, very helpful and friendly. Service always came with a smile. The buffet breakfasts are very good, with excellent choices. Staff work hard to replenish the food and keep clean the tables once they are vacated. Wine Hour is at 5pm and we enjoyed a free glass of wine on the first evening. There is a luggage room where you can you leave your cases on departure day if you are not travelling home until the afternoon or evening. We really liked the genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere of the Andersen Hotel. It is smart and in a convenient location. We would happily re-visit - and do recommend it.

     Great location - good deal for families
We were travelling with our two granddaughters and booked this hotel because of its location near the central station and they offered a family room which had a double bed and a sofa bed with two bathrooms. We were happy with the room - with the sofa bed out the room was a bit cramped but having the extra bathroom made up for it. The staff at the hotel was perhaps the best feature - very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The wine hour and honor bar was very nice.

     Excellent stay
We stayed for five nights in late June/early July and enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast with an enormous variety of options was among the best I have ever had at a hotel. The coffee machine (always available) was fantastic. Delicious coffee. We very much enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine served conveniently between 5 and 6. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Our room was not big but the size was adequate. Staff was pleasant and helpful. As others have mentioned, showers are problematic. With no door or curtain—only a piece of plastic that does not extend very far—it is impossible not to get water on the floor. It is messy and a fall risk. We will definitely stay here if we return to Copenhagen.

     special place in special city
very nice hotel! room spacious and clean. Helpful staff. wonderful breakfast in the lobby. water and coffee machine h24 free. perfect position for visiting the city (5min to underground, 50mt to bus stop, 200mt for train station). gym is small and should need a better cleaning

     Viaggio a Copenaghen
Grazioso hotel a due passi dalla stazione centrale e dal parco divertimenti Tivoli, servito bene dai mezzi pubblici. Camera piccola ma confortevole, letto e cuscini comodi, bagno con vasca e doccia, prodotti per la pulizia ottimi. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salata, che soddisfa ogni esigenza. Possibilità di avere acqua liscia e frizzante a volontà gratuitamente giorno e notte, così come il caffè.Ottima l’idea dell’ happy hour dalle 17,00 alle 18,00 con la possibilità di avere un bicchiere di vino gratis. Grazie allo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato tanti consigli per girare la città, e ci hanno prenotato ottimi ristoranti. In particolare ringraziamo Vanessa alla reception, che con professionalità e competenza, ma sempre con il sorriso, ci ha aiutati nelle varie difficoltà quotidiane, e Maria Eugenia, alle colazioni, che ci accoglieva al mattino sempre con dolcezza.      Soggiorno al top
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all’Andersen Boutique Hotel e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Il personale è molto gentile. La posizione vicino alla stazione centrale è pratica per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Camera spaziosa ed accogliente. Colazione ricca e variata. Consigliatissimo!

     Great 4 night anniversary stay
GREAT 4 NIGHT STAY AT ANDERSEN BOUTIQUE HOTEL My wife and I booked this hotel through tui because the location is close to the central train station. We booked the holiday to have a base to travel the city & this hotel is a good quality 4 star hotel with really nice helpful staff. The transfer from the airport is easy and around 20 minutes by train. Easy ticket machine to use at airport (we did 4 day mini city pass) no need for expensive taxis as the trains and buses are really easy to use. The hotel is well designed and caters for all types of guests and has different options of rooms. We stayed in room 73 on the fourth floor which was a nice (cool) room. It is a double room with road view. Nice room not to big but adequate with double bed. Bathroom with shower over small bath with w.c. & basin in vanity unit. Molton Brown toiletries. Room included safe, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of storage space. Good wi-fi. There is a breakfast area on the ground floor & bar in the hotel. Great breakfast choice and free coffee machine. The staff in the hotel can't do enough to make you happy. They were so helpful in providing information & maps of the city for us to get around. We have travelled a lot and this is a good quality 4 star hotel with great staff. We would return to Copenhagen & would recommend.

     Excellent!!
This is a lovely hotel, with charming staff. Our room was very well appointed, with a very large comfortable bed and immediate piping hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread is superb - you certainly don't need any lunch after having breakfast here. We liked having complimentary tea and coffee at any time of the day. There are some excellent restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

     Excellent base in Copenhagen
We loved this hotel. Well located and a very chilled atmosphere. Breakfast and wine hour were excellent. Coffee and water always available in the lobby and very helpful staff. You are largely left to yourself here, the staff aren’t hovering over you, but we liked that. Only slight downside was that the bed was a bit soft but it wouldn’t stop us returning.

     4 Night Stay for Metallica Concert
We stayed for 4 nights in June as we were attending a couple of concerts. Super quick check-in, room was larger than expected and we had booked the smallest one. Free bar voucher’s for the Absalon hotel across the street if you decline house keeping. Free wine hour and Honesty Bar which i loved. Great breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Excellent location, 2 min walk from Central Train Station and 15 mins by Train to airport. Metro 2 mins away with links to all the main tourist spots. All the staff there were very friendly and always available to help with anything i needed. Will def be back in Copenhagen in the future and will def stay at this hotel as i enjoyed the chill vibe of the hotel, the staff and the location.
