We recently spent two nights here. Everything was excellent! From the friendly greeting on arrival, to the free glass of wine, the breakfast, and our room. We had a corner room, with 3 large windows! The room was well supplied, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! I do have one suggestion - the bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and it's a pretty high step over the side of the tub into the shower. And, when you're wet and getting out, that high step is precarious and slippery. There are no grab bars or anything to hold onto. Lovely 3 day escape to wonderful,wonderful Copenhagen
Following a 7day cruise of Norwegian Fjords cruise my husband and I stayed on in Copenhagen for 3 days. We are not sorry. Beautiful city, people. Hotel amazing great location few minutes from central train station. Room organic breakfast selection amazing. Great selection. Super place to stay in Copenhagen.
This is our second visit to this lovely hotel. It's a couple of minutes' walk from Copenhagen H so really handy for travelling. We just stay in a standard room, which is very clean and comfortable with a large bed and all standard facilities. There are lots of generous touches such as good coffee and tea being available in the bar for free, sweets and biscuits and fruit available at all times and free wine for an hour at tea-time each day. Great stay at The Anderson
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a sofa, a large wet room, clean hotel, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a vast array of foods to choose from both cold and warm. A lovely relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Close to the central station. We liked it because it was a little bit out of the centre of Copenhagen but, not too far that you couldn’t walk everywhere. Fun idea of being encouraged to use the stairs so that you earned a sweetie or a biscuit, we traded a room service for a gift and also contributed a few rows of knitting for the scarf for homeless project. Excellent stay
The Anderson Hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants, public transportation, and visiting Copenhagen in general. The room was nicely decorated, a bit small, but workable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was large with a bathtub/shower combination. They provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which is uncommon in Europe. They offered a free drink in the afternoon happy hour. Breakfast was outstanding with hot and cold selections. Exceptional stay in Copenhagen – fantastic room and wonderful staff
I had a fantastic short city break in Copenhagen, and staying at Andersen Boutique Hotel made it even better. The location was extremely convenient, the hotel room was simply the best, and the staff were even better—so warm, friendly, and welcoming! Even though my trip was short and I mostly just slept at the hotel between exploring the city, everything left such a great impression. Perfect plus!
My stay was fantastic. It has a prime location, just two blocks from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped—very clean and comfortable. The staff was top-notch, especially the Argentine women at the front desk and in the breakfast area. And speaking of breakfast... it was incredibly comprehensive and delicious! Good hotel in convenient location
Great location if travelling by train as it is only 1 block from the central train station. Lovely communal vibe in the lobby reception area with a happy hour drink. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Our only gripe was with the bathroom - tiny and impractical. How hard is it to put a couple of hooks on the wall to hang towels. A Solid CHoic Near the Train and M Stations
This hotel is 2 blocks from the train and the M stations; very convenient. There are many hotels in this area but this one was recommended to us and we made a good choice. The room was decent-sized, with a couch and two bathrooms. It was clean. The room overlooked the courtyard so there was not much of a view. The windows opened so you could let the breeze in. The common areas were all very clean and tidy. The room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good: eggs, pancakes, sausage, breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries, etc. There is a free glass of wine during happy hour, an honor bar, and free coffee and tea all day. All in all, a good base for our week of exploring Copenhagen and Zealand. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance – but make dinner reservations because they are small and always busy. Recommended.
