One-day stay. Nothing negative to say. The room was nice. Breakfast was great. Free coffee, tea, and water all day is a great perk. The receptionist was very helpful.

Exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in a strategic spot, very close to the train station and just a short walk from downtown. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is varied and of excellent quality; the staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommended!

Nice boutique hotel, super friendly staff. Nice boutique hotel. Very convenient location, close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. Super friendly and helpful staff. The junior suite was large enough for a family of four. Excellent breakfast. One minor drawback is the number of people on the streets around the hotel at night, but this isn't the hotel's fault and didn't affect our stay.

A great 3-night stay with hospitable staff in a great location —a short walk to the city center, the canals, and practically right next door to Tivoli Gardens. The staff was very helpful, and my room was ready when I arrived at just 10:30 a.m.—which was great because it meant I could visit the sights and take a canal boat tour. The room I was given (20) was a bit small, but everything you need for a 3-night stay was there—if anything, a bit of noise from the courtyard below and the hallway outside the room was the only downside. A nice touch was the option to skip room cleaning and towel replacement in exchange for tokens for the sister hotel across the street. Breakfast is plentiful with great choices and so many different kinds of bread! You can also rent a bike from the hotel and explore Copenhagen safely.

Great location, and two bathrooms! Lovely and in a great location! Our rooms each had two bathrooms! Two full bathrooms! Such a luxury when traveling with your family. There was a small gym—very basic but clean. Breakfast was great, and the location is unbeatable for exploring the city on foot.

Pre-Cruise Stay: We stayed here for 3 nights before a Baltic cruise. The hotel room was lovely, and all the front desk staff went out of their way to help—nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast selection was excellent, and they offered free tea and coffee all day. There was also a “wine hour” between 5 and 6 p.m. with a free glass of wine. The hotel arranged our transfer to the cruise port and even stored our luggage for free when we disembarked from the ship, since we had a late flight. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, so we took the opportunity to take the train to Malmö for the day after our cruise. When we returned to pick up our luggage, we asked if we could pay for a cup of tea, and they gave it to us for free. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Copenhagen. There were also little bowls of free candy on the staircase on the way down to breakfast, which was a nice touch. We took a few each day to help us get through our busy sightseeing days.

Loved this hotel! We loved our stay here! It’s very easy to walk from the main train station with suitcases. Just one street away from the metro, bus stop, and the hop-on/hop-off bus. You can also walk to the city center if you don’t mind walking :) We loved the cold filtered tap water and soda water available all the time in the lounge. Free Nespresso pod coffee and tea in the lounge and rooms. The free drinks, including alcohol (one per guest), served between 5 and 6 p.m. were a lovely, social touch! We opted for the “Green” package since we were only there for 3 nights, so there were no housekeeping services, and we were given a 100kr voucher to use at the sister hotel across the street for another free glass of wine. The reception team was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was perfect 🤩
